Session 1: Career fair and technical support:

10:30 – 12:00: Career Fair where companies and startups present their job openings and offer counseling for participants.
12:00 – 13:00: Lunch.

Session 2: Roundtables and panel discussions:

13:00 – 14:30: Roundtables and panel discussions on current topics in IT, such as work-life balance, skills development and the future of technology.
14:30 – 15:00: Coffee break.

Session 3: Funny stories and creative performances:

15:00 – 17:00: Open mics for participants to share funny stories and creative performances (songs, standup, etc.).
17:00 – 17:30: Wrapping up the second day, announcement of activities for the next day.
